Dr Lily Jafari is a Lead Behaviour Support Practitioner and ACA Level 4 Registered Counsellor with extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults with disability, autism, intellectual disability, psychosocial disability, and complex behaviours. She holds a PhD in Counselling from Deakin University and a Master of Counselling. Her areas of practice include Functional Behaviour Assessment, Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans, Positive Behaviour Support, parent coaching, staff training, capacity building, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Her approach combines behavioural science and counselling principles to strengthen communication, emotional regulation, independence, safety, and community participation.

She has three years of experience supporting children, adults, and older adults with diverse needs, including autism, ADHD, intellectual disability, and acquired brain injury. Dorna is experienced in behaviour support assessments, behaviour support plans, stakeholder consultation, and evidence-based strategies. Her collaborative, person-centred approach focuses on practical support that strengthens quality of life, choice, and independence while minimising unnecessary restrictions.

Ellie Habibi is a Behaviour Support Practitioner and Counsellor with a background in psychology, mental health, and child and youth support. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Diploma of Counselling, and has completed Positive Behaviour Support training through Monash University. Ellie has experience in functional behaviour observation, ABC data collection, capacity-building strategies, CBT-informed support, and collaborative work with families, educators, and allied health teams. Her practice is trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and focused on practical strategies that support emotional regulation, independence, and quality of life.
