Sky Ability provides Specialist Behaviour Support for NDIS participants of all ages. Our qualified and experienced practitioners use functional assessment, evidence-informed practice, and data-based decision-making to understand the factors contributing to behaviours of concern.

Implementation support

Practical guidance that helps families, carers, and care teams apply strategies consistently across everyday environments.

Training and capacity building

Person-focused coaching for families and care teams to strengthen understanding, confidence, and consistent practice.

Monitoring and review

Ongoing data review, consultation, and plan updates to ensure strategies remain relevant and responsive to changing needs.

Documentation and reporting

Clear records and required reporting, including documentation related to regulated restrictive practices where applicable.

Supporting meaningful change

Positive Behaviour Support looks beyond the behaviour itself. It seeks to understand why a behaviour is occurring, identify safer and more effective ways to meet the person’s needs, build skills, and create environments that better support wellbeing and participation.

Behaviour Support Funding Recommendation Letter

A focused professional letter outlining functional impacts, Behaviour Support needs, relevant risks, and recommendations to support an NDIS funding request. It may be privately billed or funded through an appropriate Improved Daily Living budget.
